The name “Fika” comes from a Swedish tradition—taking a break to connect over coffee and a treat. At Fika Grand Rapids, that philosophy is baked into everything they do. Everything on the menu is 100% plant-based and gluten-free. That includes brunch staples like chick’n & waffles, French toast, avocado toast, and breakfast sandwiches, along with smoothies, bowls, and a wide variety of coffee drinks made with Squibb Coffee. Kids get their own menu too, with grilled cheese, pancakes, and more.
