Big News from New Holland Brewing: Meet Pinwheel Kitchen

GRAND RAPIDS NEIGBORHOODS-pnwheel-rest

New Holland Brewing is adding something new to its lineup: Pinwheel Kitchen, a takeout-only concept opening later this spring in downtown Grand Haven.

Located right next to New Holland’s Grand Haven Tasting Room at 20 Washington Avenue, this new spot will focus on the pepperoni pinwheels fans already know and love—with a twist. Pinwheel Kitchen will offer bold, exclusive flavor combos, new dipping sauces, fresh salads, desserts, and more. It’s designed to be quick, craveable, and perfect for pairing with a cocktail next door at the Tasting Room.

From a Local Brewery to a Statewide Favorite

New Holland Brewing started in 1997 with a focus on brewing bold, creative beers. Today, their beer is sold across the country, but their roots are still planted firmly in West Michigan.

By 2005, the team expanded into distilling—using a restored Prohibition-era pot still to experiment with small-batch spirits. The result is a lineup of award-winning craft spirits and several tasting rooms throughout west Michigan.

New Holland now operates three full-service brewpubs and three distillery tasting rooms, plus brick-and-mortar stores and a growing online presence.
